All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer Free Shipping world wide. Depending on availability, we utilize both commercial carriers such as FedEx as well as postal system to delivery retail orders. For wholesales customer, we will use either ocean cargo or air cargo.
US & EU: 7-15 days
Other Countries: 15 – 30 days

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Or you can check your order status on your profile page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Depending on the size of the item you ordered, we might not able to deliver to P.O boxes. We will contact you if we have problem with your delivery address.
